Travels with My Time To Craft!

I created this bottle with the thoughts of while I was traveling I found it washed up on the shore all rusty and covered in debris

Journey for Memory Maze

Hi everyone

I am so lucky to be chosen to be on the Memory Maze Design team and get to play with their awesome products

This is my first project - 

Journey

I painted the back of the transparency with some of the Opal Magic Alchemy paints in four different colours

Once the paint was dry  I glued it onto the canvases then heated it so it shrunk around it - that way all the air bubbles were gone

On the Tree of Hearts I used some rusty paper paint with some brown acrylic paint to give it an old worn look

I used a Pitt Big Brush marker in white over the top of the chipboard to give it a crisp white look

Art Journal for Scrappers Delights

I haven't done a journal page in awhile and when I saw these circles I knew what I wanted to do straight away

I love circles of any type and when I saw these on the Scrappers Delights Store I couldn't go past them - Bling It On Sentiments

I often look on Pinterest for quotes that mean something to me and these two just spoke to me and some of the things I've gone through over the past few years

It's a frame I've had laying around not knowing what to do with it so I started by painting it but the inspiration didn't come to finish it

I finally finished it and this is what I came up with

I love the saying - it says a lot lol

Deb Layout for The Robin's Nest

After I had stuck everything down I thought it needed some texture so I added some impasto through a stencil

I used the Box of chocs image which I coloured with "sweet treats" magicals and over the stencilled patterned

Digital papers from Scrappers Delights

I love being able to print out my background papers on any paper I like

You can paint them, ink them, scrunch, wet and spray them in any colours

This one I used is from Scrappers Delights store under Digital papers

They also have lots of digital images that you can use for any project you're working on

This is photo of Jack when he was at kinder he was so cute (well I think he is)

I printed the paper on to some white card and used Twinkling H2o's to paint and drip

Paintbrush Box for Creative Artiste Mixed Media Challenges

I've had this brush box for awhile and I couldn't leave it plain lol so for this months project at Creative Artiste Mixed Media Challenges I painted it and embellished

I added some awesome metal embellishments from this months Sponsor Scrapmatts who also do stencils, chipboard and papertole porducts

I used my favourite colour combination so it matched my tool box I made previously
