Mini Art Journal for Embellish with Flair

Hey Everyone 

This time for Embellish With Flair I created a Mini Art Journal great to just throw in your back with some pens or a small watercolour palette and water pens if your travelling and don't have a lot of space or time to do get much done during the day but want to wind down at night with something 

With the background, I used a mini Wire stencil from Memory Maze with some 3D gel medium 

I then used some Mushy Peas Dylusions Paint but that was a bit light, so I then used Bottle Green and Azure Impasto from Finnabair for a mix

 I added some Vanilla Custard Dylusions Paint for the paper clay scroll and then glued the butterfly flair on top of that 

I also glued some other paper clay pieces that were broken bits from other things I'd made for a pop of white then glued the bead strand on top of them 

I painted the paper clay keyhole with Jade Impasto by Finnabair and added a key

Then added some word stickers to the cover

And that's it, it's ready to go travelling with

Help for Memory Maze

Hey Everyone

My project for the Memory Maze Blog was created around the quote

I had a timber frame and painted it with some Colour Blast Heavy White Gesso so that the Dylusions Paint in Cherry Pie

I used 3D Matte Gel through the Swirl Stencil onto some plain card once it was dry I painted that with Cherry Pie as well

When that was dry I scrapped some of the white gesso across the raised pattern so you could see it

I painted the Wrought Iron 22with some Art Alchemy Fresh Orange and glued it down with the Helmar Premium Craft Glue

With the Feather Flourishes I used the Art Alchemy Fresh Orange again and then glued them down with the Helmar Premium Craft Glue

I then added some flowers, a flair button and a journal card

Family is For Memory Maze

Hey Everyone

This project for Memory Maze is for a very special friend who lost one of her family members Uncle Lyleczku one of her beloved poodles

I painted the canvas in Pomegranate Dylusions paint then stencilled over the top with impasto once it was dry I rubbed Vintage Gold wax over the top of the raised area to make it stand out more

I used the Family from the Family Hearts set and painted it in the same colour and rubbed it over with the gold as well then rapped the stem from the flower vine through it

Here I used Graphite paste through the Mini Noughts and Crosses Stencil so I could put some hugs and kisses because that's what this stencil is for me  

I used some of Tim Holtz word quote stickers and the ones I used were -

Hello my darling 

with brave wings she flies (I coloured out the s)

adventure awaits you

I thought they all suited his new adventure he was having up in heaven xx
