Hello For Memory Maze

Hey Everyone

My turn on the Memory Maze Blog so make sure you head over and check it out and see what the rest of the Design Team have been up too

This photo is of my cousin and her husband letting everyone know they are expecting a baby
Such a beautiful photo and such joy all round for everyone
Noah will be the best big brother ever

So I used the Pavement Stencil with Impasto and then used some Oxide inks to add some vibrant colours to match the photo

The Adorable word I painted with the Mermaid Lagoon Oxide and then outlined it with white pen

The Hello is and experiment that Memory Maze is trying out so if you're interested make sure to contact your local supplier and they can contact us to get some made
I coloured it with Squeezed Lemonade

A few embellishments and some art stones and we're done

So Sweet For Creative Artiste Mixed Media Challenges

Hi everyone

This months Challenge at Creative Artiste Mixed Media Challenges  is Sponsored by Tando Creative who are giving 2 prizes of 30% discount for their online STORE

I created this little canvas of our gorgeous great nieces who are nearly one already it's gone so fast

I painted the background with gesso then used a heart stencil with some modeling paste
once that was dry I painted the background with some yellow and blue paint that I
watered down and sponged back the excess

I added a few embellishments with flowers and some paper dolls

A little ribbon here and there a few beads and that's it

Thanks for visiting I hope you will be back soon xx

Be You

Hey Everyone

I decided to enter the Lindy's Stamp Gang November Challenge where you had to use at least 2 out of the 5 colours in the pallete

I used the Printers Tray from Memory Maze Designs I decided to use only one photo and this was perfect as it has the sepia tone to it

I started by adding some crackle paste over the tray in random spots, then stencilled a hounds tooth pattern on the background with modelling paste

I then painted the colours randomly then spraying water and drying in between each layer

I love how the sepia went into the cracks to give it depth

I used a few background stamps on the tray to add another dimension

I dipped some flowers and the muslin in a watered down mix of the colours

A sprinkle of micro beads here and there for more texture they add a little shimmer as well

Added flowers, metal and a few other embellishments and that's it

Thanks for visiting I hope you will be back soon xx
