My project this month for Creative Artiste Mixed Media Challenge Blog is a Mannequin
But first I want to show you what you could win if you enter this months challenge on our BLOG
The prize is donated by our generous sponsors Deco Art who have a great range of paint and other products - check out the website to see what they have and where you can buy it
Here is what you could win so get over to the blog and enter your mixed media project
The mannequin was given to me by my bestie when we had a play date at her place
We went through her stash and gathered everything we might want to use on them
I used plasterers tape, gauze, wire and lots of hot glue sticks to drip over it, then added the embellishments - beads, metal flowers, old jewellery and just random bits we had there
Once I was happy with the placement of everything I painted it with black gesso covering everything including the embellishments
When it was completely dry I used my favourite paint colours and painted randomly over the mannequin let the colours drip and blend in some parts
I added flowers and glass beads to finish it off
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you will be back soon xx
